FloCAD热/流体分析模块

FloCAD是热流分析模块，它能帮助用户在CAD环境下建立和集成流体和热系统。与Thermal Desktop一样，FloCAD是提供给SINDA/FLUINT的图形化用户界面。FloCAD软件建立流体子模型的机理与建立热模型的机理十分相似，许多命令在两种类型的子模型内通用。十分便于用户操作使用。

FloCAD能模拟风冷和水冷电子设备，包括风扇和对流换热器，这些冷却设备能直接安装在PCB板、芯片等模型的曲面和实体上。

FloCAD拥有完整的参数化设计，这使得能用简单操作就能完成复杂模型的管理工作，也意味着模型的升级与维护非常的容易，同样能轻松完成的还包括敏感性分析和各种工况的设计分析。软件也提供了与SINDA/FLUINT优化和可靠度分析功能的接口，这能帮助用户完成组件尺寸优化、最佳工作状态、极限工况自动确定、自动根据实验数据标定模型以及不确定量的统计学分析等。

FloCAD的特点
